Born and bred in East London, Niteryda has come along way. He first realised that music was his passion when he wasn't doing well in secondary school. He would find that music was the only thing that interested him as a career. Teaming up with school friend now known as Dj Vega, to make a crew. The crew was named L'N'T cru (Lyrical and Technical) and new members joined through time. There was 8 of them and they formed a young tribe of garage mc's rhyming over riddems like 'Durex' and 'Melody' (old school).They clashed crews like Lost Boys, Trooper man dem and anyone one on the
mic. These times garage started its transfromation or birth of grime. As the crew's members was young of age they was inevitably in with the grime crowd, spitting bars about 'Breaking Jaws and poppin off 44s'. As time drifted on and everyone was growing up, people were drifting from the crew. L'N'T just started doing a few raves and going on radio stations, so this was not a good time to start slacking. As they was coming to the end of school days it was clear who was serious and who wasn't. So it was up to those who were to make real movements.Seeing how music was Niteryda's only passion, he could not see himself furhering his education in any other subject. So when school finished he enrolled in several sumer holiday music production course's(As he had a young talent for producing also - check www.myspace.com/nr_productions). One of these course's led to him meeting the talented Singing FATS. After these introductory course's he went on to do a 2 yr National Diploma in Music technology followed by a HNC in the same subject. This was very benificial as the industry was broken down and the reality of wanting to be a bad man grime mc was looking possible but senseless. At this time L'N'T had split, with most people just wanting to do something other than music.In these college years Niteryda was around people mostly older than himself which caused him to grow up rapidly. Niteryda along with two friends decided to start a record label which would be called DanJahRas recordings (www.myspace.com/danjahrasrecordings).Niteryda spent alot of time producing as he neglected the vocal side of things. He felt that the title given to the music genre he was involved in(Grime) was not right, and that most of the artist was just following a lead with no sense of direction. So He decided to explore different genres and found that his vocal skills could adapt to them quite easily.Finishing college Niteryda slowed the pace of movement down to sort out his life and all the madness in it. All college associates and friends were going straight to university and even though it was best, for Niteryda it wasn't in the plan. Even though he got his National Diploma and Higher National Certificate, It wasn't as smooth for Niteryda as it might have been for others.So, Ever since Niteryda has been producing and writing songs just to get recognition untill the time comes for real releases.
