"Back to basics" is the fundamental philosophy behind our training program. We believe that before you add heavy weights, or machines, you must first master the body that you have now. By simply combining gravity and your very own body weight, we functionaly train your body the way that it was meant to be trained (we'll throw in the weights later). BodyRock Boot Camp specializes in INDIVIDUAL and GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING. Our goal is to make personal training AFFORDABLE for everyone! (In fact, you are always welcome to INVITE A FRIEND to break up the cost of your training session.
