About Me

My name is Sandra and I am married (twice) with two adult sons aged 32 and 30 from my first marriage. I have two dogs which are border/bearded collie cross. I work as a Receptionist for a large hotel chain in the UK. I used to be a medical secretary until a shoulder injury last year which means that I can no longer type for long periods of time.

My Interests

Music, dogs, people, walking in the countryside, jigsaws, doggysnaps, computer games (not the shoot-em-up kind)

Music:

Robbie Williams, ELO, Europe, Razorlight, Shakira, Sam Cooke, Arctic Monkeys, Scissor Sisters, Anastasia, Beatles, Supertramp, Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, Busted, Garth Brooks, Erasure, Ronan Keeting, Phil Collins - all 60's music and dance music - drum and base. This list goes on and on. I hate Opera and classical music.

Movies:

Anything with Johnny Depp and Val Kilmer. Don't like horror films or anything remotely scary.

Television:

CSI, CSI New York, CSI Miami, CSI Special Victims Unit - animal planet, old sitcoms, comedy (especially Peter Kaye and Patrick McGuinness anything they do is hilarious - but not much TV other than that.

Books:

Lord of the Rings, Autobiographies and any paperback novel which I can lose myself in for an hour or so to relax and escape from reality for a while.

Heroes:

Anyone who takes in an abandoned, traumatized, ill treated animal and gives it a loving home. Anyone who stands by their principles and isn't swayed by public opinion. My late dearly missed dad.
