Formerly known as Batucada Przestrzen, Bakteria - Wroclaw based percussion group, in 2006 with new name and new mestre starts its funky journey into jungle of broken beats (..broken sticks and drumheads as well ;)
The biggest inspiration of our music are Brazilian rhythyms which we combine with those coming from other parts of the world. This ethnic mixture is then confronted with drum'n'bass, funk, ragga and hiphop beats which finally gives our hypnotic, INFECTIOUS SOUND OF BAKTERiA!
