Nixon Cheesewheel

About Me

In the south Alabama region, there is no band more elusive or more mysterious than Nixon Cheesewheel. Only a handful of people know just who is behind all of the bizarre, comedic, and often jarring songs that are created under the Nixon Cheesewheel moniker. For everyone else, there only exists rumors. It seems that in every song produced by Nixon Cheesewheel, there is a different style vocally, lyrically, and musically. Many fans have speculated that this implies a band of rotating musicians, shifting into focus, creating, contributing, and fading out for the allowance of others to manipulate what has come before.Others have speculated that it is one musical genius who adheres to no given style, changing with each piece. There are even some who believe that the group is comprised of extraterrestrials, and that the eerie, robotic voice in "Invaluable" is the -true- voice of the alien leader. The most popular theory seems to be that it is the secret band of once-popular basketball star Dennis Rodman, who was overheard ordering an apetizer plate in a Las Vegas Hotel. He reportedly told the clerk over the phone, "Hey, man--nix on the cheesewheel." It is widely believed that this was the beginning of the name Nixon Cheesewheel, but there is no substantial evidence to prove that this story is true. There are also variations on this tale, mostly replacing Dennis Rodman with Beck or Weird Al Yankovich. At any rate, the band Nixon Cheesewheel, though popular in a cult capacity (it’s a very small cult), has never been known to play anywhere! But even in the throes of dormancy, there arises a new rumor, one that would imply that the band is hard at work, creating new, possibly even more disturbing songs for consumption.I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)

So there's a chance that we may be recovering some songs (arguably the best Nixon Cheesewheel material) from a crashed mother board.  If and when we do, it will be posted.  PEACE DIAGONAL!
