Horseback riding, fishing, cooking, sewing, art, photography, miracles, the supernatural, hiking, music, making short films, writing, research, nondifferential stem cells, ancient hebrew, the sound of God's voice and the perfect cup of coffee. Anything that causes a paradigm shift toward the divine. I am most interested in major moves of God, seeing people get set free from oppression and having one day of rest a week (which is a major move of God at times).
Jesus, Mother Theresa, Martin Luther King,Jr, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, and the person who hit my car at the mall and drove off a few months ago.I'd like to meet someone who loves shoveling horse poop and a really good fence builder and an electrician with time on his hands...people who love God as much as I do and those who seek to know Him better.Ooh, here's one...I'd like to meet myself 40 years from now so I could have coffee with her. Boy, could SHE ever save me some time and money!
I love bluegrass and steel guitar and piano and the sound of the violin weeping. I love classical compositions and harmony of any kind....most of all, I love music that brings me closer to the heart of God. I love true worship music that speaks the heart of God and opens Heaven...where you're face down on the floor before your maker and get up a different person because the art of praising Him gave you a new heart and renewed mind.
Documentaries. Anything the BBC puts out with David Attenboro. The Passion of the Christ. Sea Biscuit. And, I'll admit it...my daughter and I get pretty out of control when we watch The Sound of Music or Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (Hey, she's 4...you gotta live it up while they're young and think mom is cool no matter what!)
Don't watch it.

Those who have successfully walked in their destiny. I think we need more heroes these days. All the ones I can think of are dead. Calling all heroes--report at once to this crazy, backward world we live in and bring your lamp of truth!!!!I do admire Heidi Baker with Iris Ministries...but hey, when you add "raising the dead" to your ministry profile, it does turn heads! I also have to truly say the biggest heroes of all have been my parents, particularly my dad for rising up fromnothing and calling forth a greatness that changed a city, an industry and the lives of those he touches even today. Mostly, he's my hero because he always loves me and believes in me and that is how you build a person! Last but not least, my biggest, biggest, biggest hero is my little girl!!! She has the faith of a child and the heart of David. She has been the inspiration for our ministry. I gave her to God two years ago. She loves to say, "And God just gave me right back, didn't He, Mommy!" I anticipate how powerful her life will be...
