About Me

I am originally from California. I came to Texas in August of 1994. I love it here, although I do miss my family in California. I married the love of my life on November 14, 2005. I have three wonderful children. Dawn, who was born March 9, 1981. She is a wonderful daughter. I am so very proud of the woman she has become. She married her love, Ian, on February 27,2004. He is a great husband to her. They recently became first time parents and are wonderful. I love and appreciate both of them so very much. More than they will ever know. Courtney, who was born August 21,1989. She has always been special. She's the type who everyone loves. She's an awesome daughter, sister, student, cheerleader, aunt and cowgirl. She has the most beautiful smile I've ever seen. I am proud of her and the accomplishments she's had in her life. She's great at everything she tries. John Michael, my only son, who was born July 2, 1992. He's so full of life, he really should have been born July 4th! He's been through alot in his life with his father and I divorcing when he was very young, but he is an awesome son. He makes me laugh and smile with his clowning ways. He's the best soccer player ever. He loves to learn new things and my husband has taught him alot about vehicles and things around our property, like splitting wood. My step-son, Nicholas was born May 6,1983. He's been a good listener for me. One I can talk to when his daddy is not at home. We've had our differences, but I wouldn't trade him for anyone or anything. He's a big helper when his dad is working those long hours and he's been a good big brother to John. My granddaughter-Dawn and Ian's babygirl-Ianna. Born November 28,2006. I forgot how wonderful babies are. I count the days until the next time I get to see her, hold her, kiss her and cuddle with her. She is so beautiful and my heart is full of love for her. My father and his wife live in California. I lost my mom because of a bad liver over 10 years ago, but I still miss her. She was my best friend. I couldn't ask for a better step-mom, though. I have one older brother and two younger sisters (twins) who all still live in California. I've been through alot of things in my life, but thank God for bringing me through them all.
