Watching thriller movies, going to festivals, shopping, going out to eat, watching my son in sports, going to cub scout functions, going to any children's event, going to museums, traveling to warm places on vacation, hanging out with friends and family
A man who has a great sense of humor and likes to laugh. I like to take walks and just hang out talking and would like someone who enjoys that too. I'm probably a hopeless romantic and need someone who appreciates that. I prefer dark hair and someone who works an 8 to 5 schedule with weekends off so I can spend time with him. He needs to like kids since I have a 7 year old. I enjoy where I live so I'm looking for someone who wants to stay in this area. However, I like to travel to new places.

I want to connect with someone on the same level. I want to be able to sense his needs as well as have him sense my needs. I want to communicate so that there are no sursprises or secrets. I like companionship. I'd like to be friends with this person as well as lovers. He has to like to cook since I don't.
I like 80s rock - Ratt (yes, I'm the one), Bon Jovi, Motley Crue, Guns-N-Roses, Def Leppard, KISS, Van Haalen, Poison, I could go on. I also like Nickelback, Staind, Pink, Hinder and Jimmy Buffet. I like almost all 80s pop and 70s dance music.

I don't do a lot of reading of the type of books that I'd like to read. When I do - mysteries, thrillers. I do read a lot of children's books with my son. I like the books my friend, Mike has written.
My parents are my heros. They have always been supportive of me. They gave me a great childhood and gave me a great education. They are hard-working, honest people. My mom is a strong woman who taught me to stand up for myself and do what I want to do. My parents taught me how to be a good, loving parent. My Dad taught me to laugh and not to be a "helpless woman." They both taught me to stand on my own. JoAnn taught me the meaning of being a great leader - I'm still working on it. She gave me a start in my career and taught me that I can learn more every day. She gave me the chance I needed. She's my mentor and friend.
