Hot and Frothy Butterbeer2Â½ cups of milk 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 level teaspoon of butter 1 teaspoon white sugar As much rootbeer as you wantHeat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the rest of the ingredients after the milk is warm-hot. Use a small hand mixer to make it frothy. Bring the mixture almost to boiling, but not quite.Pour into mugs and serve hot! Serves two to three, depending on the size of the mugs.
