About Me

Hand made quality road/flight cases from the NorthWest, custom made to fit your needs PERFECTLY! Choose from 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" plywood that has been screened for the fewest impurities. The wood is then laminated with nearly any color you can think of! We pride ourselves in the fact that we can offer more color/shade options then almost any other company out there! We offer either an ABS plastic laminate, or a much stronger high pressure formica laminate which comes standard on all of our Pro model 3/8"-1/2" touring style cases. Your choice. Both are laminated to the wood using a time-tested processes which intails being laminated in a heated room to ensure a proper bond, then stored in a controlled teperature curing room for 3-5 days. We use double-angle aluminum extrusions for added strength. Instead of just setting the angle along the edge of the case and then riveting it on, the double angel has channels in which the plywood panels will sit into for a snug fit. We use heavy duty latches & handles, all of which are recessed unless otherwise requested. Either large ball corners or flat stackable corners are used depending on the case's intneded use. All the parts are machine-riveted together using an industrial grade 90 P.S.I. rivet gun. We also insert back-up washers on all key points for added durability. Not using back-up washers can cause rivets to pull through the wood if placed under enough stress, which in return can cause handles, or corners or any of the hardware to fall off. Lastly, the cases are lined with foam to ensure full protection of your equipment. We have many styles and sizes of foam, ranging from a softer, light foam to a very dense/air tight foam. We also have a very extensive supply of crushed velvet for adding style and protection to your gear! Upon request, we can line the interior of your case w/ foam AND velvet. The foam istalled in YOUR case will depend on the style and contects of the case. Only the highest quality cases roll out of our shop. ALL of our cases meet ATA300 category 1 specs unless otherwise requested. "So what does that mean?", you might be asking yourself. "Every case company brags about "ATA" approved cases. How do i know who to believe?" First of all, there is no such thing as “ATA approved”. There is no review panel, no sanctioning board or any other approval process that the ATA (Airline Transportation Assosiation) provides. All the ATA does is publish a manual that indicates the specifications that must be incorporated into a product for that product to be used by the ATA. So what are the ATA Specifications? Within the ATA 300 class for transport containers, there are two categories for reusable containers, and a third category for “disposable” containers. Categroy 1 indicates that the product is guaranteed for a min. of 100 airline trips. Category 2 states that the product is guaranteed to withstand a min. of 10 airline trips. Anything else is deemed "disposable" So if your case says that it meets ATA specs, that may only mean that after one trip, you will have to throw it away. Be sure to research any company that makes that claim "ATA approved. We guarantee our products to withstand a min. of 100 airline trips. If anything so much as a rivet pops off during a flight, call us. We will make the repair free of charge. We proudly stand by our work. We are also proud to introduce our newest product line, WATER PROOF CASES! So when you bus falls off a cliff into the ocean, at least your gear will still be in perfect working order. Actually... no... that terrible. But we do offer any type of case for any type of application. We are totally 100% CUSTOM.I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
