EVONNE'S BLOG -7-4-05-
Week 1:Rehearsal
Day 1: Jim came over today and said we were gonna have to learn a new acappella and that he would be sending Lamar over to help us out. Lamar is another singer on Jamm entertainment with the management team we're signed to, and wow I was really bored today.
Day 2: I woke up at about 11am and cooked everybody breakfast an omg it's a lot of people to cook for! ?. But I did it, then Lamar came over at around three an he helped my cousins with there acappella first an then we did ours he played his guitar an it came out pretty good
Day 3: woke up in the afternoon and I still want to sleep! BUT I had to get up so I woke up and wrote for a little while made breakfast again! and then we rehearsed for four hours on our dancing thank you Patrick! He helps us with our steps. Then Lamar came over an we practiced again
Day 4: Got up and practiced our acapella and had dance practice. We hung out with our family for a while then went to the corner store today and bought like four bags of sunflower seeds an candy and sat down an wrote for hours!
Day 5: we danced a lil an wanted to start a new song to do cause the one we were doin didn't fit Elizabeth's voice it was kind of high lol she can do it but, lol I agree with her! I had a lot of fun today! Everyone just hung out and had a lot of fun! I love being active and running around! I went to bed early today I was tired!
Day 6: Got a call from our manager and found out the insomnimax would be coming down so we were very happy about that lol there the best producers ever! Elizabeth and I LOVE to have something to do to keep busy? I know were weird but like my manager says if you love what you do you never work a day in your life!
Day7: I woke up played with miss muffin (my kitten) she is sooo cute!! I went to the studio after that an danced for a bit then I drew the coolest picture I have to scan it cause I have to put it online! Well I'm going to sleep I have a busy day tomorrow we start recording!
Week 2: All week recording
Day 1: woke up at 10am did 200 sit ups went back to sleep cause Elizabeth was workin on a demo song the first day our producers came over, woke back up a 12pm went to the studio an me an Liz got out the studio at around 5am
Day 2: woke up at 12pm when our producers came they brought us a ton of candy to get us in the writing mood I guess lol an cause we love candy! An we wrote a BANGIN SONG! With our cousin Patrick an Kelly, an Liz an Patrick are amazing at writtin an Kelly's like the best rapper I ever heard! An we got out the studio at 6amVery tired an stuffed with candy! lol
Day 3: got up when the Insomniax came and had to write a rap for the song but my mind was drawing a blank! But I finally got thro it! I was scared I wasn't gonna be finished on time! Lol but I did, after I finished recording I stayed up writing all night so that would never happen again! lol
Day 4: today Elizabeth stayed in the studio all day an she worked so hard! Aawww my baby sis! So while she was finishin up with her last song I was tryna finish braiding my cousin hair, She got to retire for the night cause I had to stay up and do my song I went to bed at around 7am that night?.well that day lol
Day 5: I have a lot of raps to write today an we had to write a song still! Thank goodness Kelly helped me out! He's the coolest!
Day 6: the insomiax (best producers ever!) said were in the studio to much so they took us out to eat at Ruby Tuesdays an it was the best food ever! An of course me an Elizabeth are really goofy people so we start singing really loud! Lol an we were singing really bad on purpose an the waitress couldn't help but laugh! Then we ate ice cream an recorded went to bed at about 6 or 7am
Day 7: we went to the studio an thank godness my cousins have a studio In there house because that's the studio we been recording at the whole time by the way, lol so we wake up an walk downstairs but the last days we were doing touch ups on all the songs an telling funny stories an eating junk food and sunflower seeds! I love sunflower seeds
Elizabeth Hunnicutt was born on August 1, 1990 and is now 16 years old. Elizabeth is known for being the more reserved than her sister, but don’t let that fool you! Elizabeth definitely knows how to have a good time. Besides performing on stage, Liz also enjoys writing songs. ELIZABETH'S BLOG -7-4-05- Week 1: rehearsal
Day 1: Well today wasn't really a busy day today except that we had to learn a new acapella. We learned it pretty fast, and it came out good. Its 10:30 and time for me and Evonne to get ready for bed.
Day 2: Woke up at like 10 this morning, got dressed, and ate breakfast. Then I went in my room and started writing ideas for new songs because I know we'll be writing and recording songs all next week so I decided to get a head start. At around 3 o'clock it was time to practice our acapella again and its sounding great! Afterwards, like around 5pm it was time for dance practice and by the time we were done I was already getting tired. So I ate dinner and got ready for bed.
Day 3: ITS SOOO COOOLLLDD TODAYY! But luckily we were inside all day cause we had dance practice. So, that's about all I had time to do today. Then we ate and relaxed for a while. At about 8 I went and practiced singing and Evonne practiced rapping and that's pretty much it.
Day 4: Got up kind of late today so as soon as I got up I had to get dressed and warm up my voice. Then we practiced our acapella for about 3 hours (until 4). Then we got some food. Then we hung out with our family and had fun for a few hours until 7 o'clock when it was time for dance rehearsal. We finished up at around 9:30. By the time I got out the shower it was time for bed! Today went by REALLY fast!
Day 5: Today was KINDA like a day off. We practiced still but after we got done me and all my family relaxed and watched movies together. I had a lot of fun! Then we all just talked, laughed and hung out until it was time for bed. And as soon as I was about to go to sleep I had remembered I had to go online so I went on for about an hour and said goodnight 2 everyone and went to bed.
Day 6: YAIII two more days until we get to record! I LOVE being in the studio (Even though its a lot of work).We practiced dancing and singing today, it was a lot of fun cause everyone was in a really playful mood and making jokes and stuff all day. Ha, ha it was funny?Well time for bed.
Day 7: Got up ate breakfast and went online?we have like the best fans ever!! They made us the cutest banners!! We ended both practices kind of earlier today cause starting tomorrow its going to be a busy week.
Week 2: All week recording
Day 1: Woke up at 9am and warmed up my voice. I had recording all day today until like 5 in the morning. I had to do three demo songs and finished them all so that's cool (ha-ha)?Time for bed I have to get up early
Day 2: Another LONG day of recording. Woke up around 12 and went to the studio and Me, Evonne, my two cousins and our producers (Insomniax) wrote a new song and then me and Evonne recorded it. Then we did another song. We ate SO much candy to keep us up but it was still a fun day.
Day 3: IT'S 6:45 in the morning just got out the studio. We got another three songs done today. I really love the songs but I'm really tired and have to get up in a few hours GOODNIGHT!
Day 4: Today I didn't have to record as long as the other three Days but I'm SO tired, I think all this recording FINALLY caught up to me lol. I got up around 12 and recorded two songs and now Evonne is recording and she is getting to do a song of her own (which is REALLY cool) so it is now 4am and I just got off our computer, I'm going to bed now so I can start recording again tomorrow.
Day 5: We wrote a few more songs today. I'm on my break cause Evonne is recording her part right now. I LOVE all the songs we've done so far. Well, its time for me to go back and record.
Day 6: Got up today at around 1pm and I recorded a song. Then everyone went out to eat including our producers cause we all had been working really hard and needed a break. We had a really fun time at dinner singing and making each other laugh then it was back to work and we ended up recording another song and then going to bed at around 5.
Day 7: Today was the last day of recording and probably the easiest; we went back and fixed all the parts the needed fixing in the songs. Then we got to hear all the songs we had did this past week and it made me feel like all the hard work was worth it cause the songs came out GREAT! Even though it was very tiring, it was still a fun week for me.

With Elizabeth's quiet, reserved, sweetness and Evonne's outgoing persona, the Hunnicutt sisters bring to the table a blend that attracts the most diverse of audience that are "in the myxx"!
In November of 2002 Evonne and Elizabeth came to visit family when a Producer (Andrew Lane) and commented, if they could sing or dance, man they would be a formidable group, to which their mother (Deborah Hunnicutt) and father (Troy Hunnicutt) replied "they sing and dance". And from that the group was born.
Throughout 2003, Myxx performed in numerous high schools in the south with their cousins' group B5 (Bad Boy Recording Artists) to perfect their stage performance. Myxx was well received by both boys and girls, because of their friendly demeanor and down to earth presence. From 2004 to 2005 the girls have been opening up for acts such as B5 and Chris Brown and performed on tour in 2005 with the UniverSoul Circus, performing over 20 engagements with the circus. In 2006 Myxx pre-released 2 singles "Nothin At All" and the Insomniax produced track, "Sorry". Both songs are making a big buzz around the internet, which gives the fans a good preview of what Myxx can do, and it gives Myxx a small dose of what is yet to come.
Now the girls have been performing on tour with B5. Their fan base continues to grow as they shop for a record label with their manager Jim McMahan of Jamm Entertainment Group. Watch out for this sisterly duo, because their names will be in the limelight before you know it!

Evonne: Like music is like our number one thing but like for like someone to recognize you for your music and know that you’re doing what you love and their like "Hey I know her, she's from Myxx!" (Elizabeth: Yea it's whole new different feeling) your like, it's just cool it's not weird at all, for us it's just really. It's a cool experience.

Evonne: Everyone in our family is like into music. My father when we used to be in church he used to umm play guitar and sing and my mom also has people in her family like who sing and um I don’t know it, we kinda grew up on like listening to music and singing and dancing and I mean it's just been there since like day one.
Elizabeth: The big break was definitely when we went to go visit our cousins on Thanksgiving. And they had a producer over and so he listened to us sing and dance and he loved us and I guess {laughs} since then, and we’ve been doing it ever since
Evonne: It's really great having cousins umm our cousins B5, their like a really big inspiration for us too because like we can look at like everything that did they do like they've done alotta things and were just now getting to do now and like years before so like their also a big help. Like they give us like alotta umm

MYXX UK ST. TEAM - you are both young girls, so what's the normal day for the girls in myxx?
A normal day for us- we have a responsibility because of being in the music business to take care of ourselves. so we try to excercize everyday(that doesnt always happen tho) and to watch our appearance..hair, skin...how we dress. we have our fan sites that we try to spend time at everyday. and we both work on our writing...evonne with her raps and me with song writing.... cuz the more you do it the better you get. other than that we spend alot of time with our family. we are all really close. we have family nights were we cook and watch a movie together. or we go to the park and play basketball, football or just take a walk.
-so far Sorry, Nothing At All & I'm too young 4 that have been blowing up on myspace by fans, in the songs Sorry, Nothing at all & I'm too young 4 that, there are messages behind them, involving relationships, espically I'm too young 4 that, will you/have you done more songs with a message behind them?
we didnt start out with the idea of having a message in our songs it just kind of happened that way. if we have the opportunity to give a possitive message in our songs then of course we will do that. we are picky about what goes in our songs...we dont want to talk about having sex and we dont want to swear in them.
-what would you like to acheive in the future, if everything goes well & do you want to carry on or try new things?
for our future we would love be in the industry for a long time even if its behind the scenes writing and producing. we are hoping to get the chance to be in movies or on television.
-If you get enough demand here in UK, Europe would you be able to do a concert woth other Jamm Ent. artists?
we have talked alot with our cousins about the opportunity to go to the UK and Europe. that is really something tht has been on our hearts to do. but the reality is that there does need to be a demand for us in order for us to do that.
-If you are able to come to europe how would you spend it with your fans, and would you take time to chill with everyone?
we would welcome the chance to get to talk and sign autographs with our fans in the UK & europe. we spend hours after our shows here in the states doing that. there is such an energy and excitement after a show.
-What would you like to say to all your fans & supporters in Europe?
fans are great regardless of where they are from but there is something special about getting so welcomed and accepted from fans in another country different from your own. and we so appreciate all the love we have recieved from our fans in the UK. we love you! myxx
