FADE is born in 1991 in Geneva, Switzerland, Fabien, Al6 and Damien Created a conceptual noisy band, the group was joined by DDDmix. The band decided to do some targeted attacks. Several performances where conducted on different public places. in 1992 the performance "Master of Noise" takes place in KAB de l'usine Geneva and propose a physical experience of sound... 140 db of pure bareel and bass agression. After that in l'Usine, Geneva, a second attack is programmed the group is in a cage and suddenly starts during a DJ event... for the occasion Garf plays guitars.
After that the group goes to Bern to check the effect of this therapy on other people. Many artists are mercenaries for the project : Helen, Naïche, Gerald, Pascal, Greg, Didier.
The only record of this period is the 7" FADE & Vomitose "Master of Noise" and "Bazooka". The colaboration with the Band Vomitose, which is more a "normal" rock band, will lead FADE to something different.
In 1996 after several experimentations the band is formed and releases the CD album "IN & Out", a two-faced project. The first half is a kind of electro-metal-pop and the second half is a kind of electro ambiant.
The line-up is : Raul (drums), Baron von Smock (video/machines), Cyrius (guitars), Serg (vocals) and DDDmix (vocals).
The album is released on Watts On records in Belgium, and is produced by David Weber at the Studio Forces Motrices.
in 1997 a 7" called "Cat's and Dogs" and a maxi-CD "ZOUT" are released.
After that the group toured in europe till 2000 and falled asleep.
In 2005 a sleeping cell decided to reactive the project...
The album "Panem Et Circenses" released in 2007 on Urgence Disk records, is available.
