Ric was a professional musician that put his music career on hold for a reason. "After having two children I put my guitar in its stand and donned a three piece suit to earn a living for my kids." Ric worked for IBM for 30 years and has since retired and now jams for the love of it.
He's deeply rooted in Texas blues and has made a name for himself with the tough Texas crowds. "I've battled Stevie Ray Vaughn, jammed with Freddy Jackson and turned down Freddy Fender when he asked me to be his guitarist." Having played more gigs than most, he has forgotten more chords than these kids nowadays will ever learn.
