About Me

And now for the self-promoting pretentious bio. But that's what MySpace is all about, isn't it?
As drummer for the Ottawa groove collective Antizario , Alan played numerous shows in the Ottawa area; collaborated and recorded with great artists such as Ritallin , Oni the Haitian Sensation, Flip Kuma , Dr. Lee , and Ana Miura ; and had the privilege to perform alongside some of his favorite acts in Kobayashi , Souljazz Orchestra, and Sekoya. The Antizario album is set for release in January 2007.
Having recently relocated to Calgary, Alan is hard at work preparing to record an album with an as-yet-unnamed independent rock n roll band, with recording to be completed early in '07. He can also be found sitting in at jams in local bars, backing up local artists in anything from blues to country to the occasional reggae or hiphop joint.
In addition to this, Alan is always looking for opportunities to do freelance studio work or gigs. No matter the genre, bring it on... versatility is the word of the day here.
