Some of Toonami, Adult Swim, Daily Show, Family Guy, FLCL, Insomniac, PBS, History Channel, Discovery Channel, and if I had HBO I'd probably watch Six Feet Under. Also, Elimidate is really really funny when I'm drunk/wasted.
