Within the Realm of a Dying Sun...

About Me

..
I live in Melbourne, Australia, was born in Perth, and am of English, German, and Welsh backgound.
I'm obsessed with language, literature, visual and graphic arts, music and the strange, shadowy corners of subculture.
I mainly interview musicians, and write articles about labels and music producers... Highlights so far have been Nitzer Ebb, Funeral Throne, Black Emperor Jogezai, Beta Evers, David Thrussell, Utlagr, Wermut, and The Sentinel.
Some artists/bands that really blew me away have been Lydia Lunch, Non, Fugazi, Jan Jelinek, The Stooges, Silicon Scally, Kraftwerk, Scorn, The Space Cadets, Terminal Sound System, Diamanda Galas, The Meteors, Nitzer Ebb, The Horrors, PWEI, Ratt, E.P.A. and Resistica.
As for Djs: NicToupee, Dj Hell, Slam, Fiedel, Dj Godfather, Plastikman, The Advent, Tobias Schmidt, MadRod, Dr.Gonzo, Deltoid, Jim Westlake, Juan Atkins, Orlando Voorn and Brian G.
Currently a contributor to the German webzine Simulacron, under the moniker "Frankenstein Radio Control", and writing for Heathen Harvest as :Gottskalk: (see links below...)
I also practice Daoist Gong Fu and Nei Gung with Gao Jian of Beijing-a disciple of the infamous Ma Han Qing.
I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
