Empiria

Empiria was formed in early 2005 as a project that was to incorporate the epic sound from Hollywood music discourses into a hard-hitting metal band.
In 2006, work commenced on the album Of Life, Love & Death which will set a new benchmark in the quality of orchestral metal, and in the quality of 'concept albums'.
In 2007, the band will release the long-awaited début, Art For Tyranny, which gives an almighty introduction of Empiria to the metal world.
Mission Statement
Empiria aims to provide music of the absolute pinnacle in terms of compositional excellence, breathtaking grandeur, and intelligent lyricism. The simple goal of Empiria is to become the world's première orchestral metal act, filling a sizeable void in the industry.
Ultimately of course, Empiria endeavours to give fans the most exhilarating musical experience possible!
Art For Tyranny
Due for release in Aussie Winter 2007, Empiria will unleash upon the world a beast that is sure to change the landscape of metal. Although only 5 tracks, it is clearly the most ambitious and epic release seen in orchestral metal.
