I’m a professional freelance bassist based in Birmingham U.K and have the pleasure (most the time! ;-) of working around the globe with many diverse & talented bands, musicians and artistes. In addition to this, I also teach at The Academy of Music and Sound based in Birmingham and also privately at Professional Music Technology.
I’ve uploaded a few of my recent compositions which are still a little rough in places but you’ll get the idea. Opus 1 satrted it off, not sure where that came from but perhaps a reflection of my mood at the time.
OPus 2 is a little more polished and carries the theme on.
OPus 3 was really an exercise in counterpoint as in, ’I know, i’ll sit down and try some counterpoint’ tonight! Is there life on the horizon?!
