Our inspiration came from a lack of awareness in our community. So we began to think about the voids in our communities in doing so we found that the voice of our community was not being heard. We developed this organization to provide a forum for issues with the foundation of communication, knowledge and awareness.After developing the concept of our organization we were perplexed with finding a name. We finally came up with the name Futuristic Youth. Futuristic Youth has tremendous meaning to us. Futuristic is pretty self explanatory but it means that we are looking towards the future with a conscience. The term youth was used as an adjective to describe a jovial spirit not the exact age of individuals. Together Futuristic Youth is a forum to start a revolution of a jovial spirits towards a conscientious future of legacies and greatness. Our slogan “Paving the way by creating the foundation for legacies in the making” describes our movement. We take pride in our program and our participants and are passionate about our mission.
