Oliver Schmellenkamp spielt seinen Bass mit einer außergewöhnlichen stilistischen Vielfalt. Ob Begleitung oder Improvisation, er hat das Gespür für neue Freiheiten im Zusammenspiel. Der studierte Profimusiker ist schon lange im Geschäft und kann als Musiker und Produzent auf eine erfolgreiche Karriere zurückblicken, u.a. arbeitete er mit Albie Donnelly und Roy Herrington.
Dirk Sengotta gilt als einer der besten und perfektesten Schlagzeuger der Szene. Durch seine langjährige Live- und Studioerfahrung als begehrter Profimusiker ist die Liste der Künstler, mit denen er zusammen gearbeitet hat, nahezu endlos geworden. Von Studioarbeiten mit den Scorpions über Drum-Workshops mit Omar Hakim bis hin zu unzähligen Live-Shows mit der Blueslegende Rufus Thomas; Sengotta begeistert immer wieder mit unglaublicher Präzision und bemerkenswerter Technik.

The band demonstrates its passion for the blues in its debut album: Blues without any compromises. The CD exclusively contains original compositions, which stand firm under every critique. The band manages to put an electrifying curve of tension over the whole record, no matter if it’s straight rock numbers with groovy influences of funk, swinging Chicago shuffles or authentic slow blues ballads.

Inconnus il y a deux ans, ils représentent maintenant « l’espérance du blues en Allemagne » (Home of Rock) grâce à leur présence scénique professionnelle.
Sur son premier album « the blues », le groupe montre sa passion d’une façon impressionnante : Uniquement du blues – aucun compromis.
