There's a Science of Getting Rich

About Me

I'm redheaded, brown-eyed, strong-willed like most redheads, driven and direct to the point if possible, and I love my family. I'm an "adult returning student" going back to get more college education and hopefully completely change my career from the crumbling finance industry to the medical industry. So far (brag alert, cross your fingers that I don't jinx myself) I've done well and had all high A's!! It will be at least Fall 2009 before I can get into the Master's degree program - IF I'm accepted.
I like witty, bright people who love to laugh and who are genuinely caring. I like being around other people who take the extra step, know how to work hard, are good at what they do, and like get rewarded for it! Let's do some BIZNISS and make some money!
I emjoy life and appreciate even the small details that if we take the time to notice, can be absolutely inspiring! I love nature - check out some of my pics.
I ALWAYS have time for my friends, and I ALWAYS have time for my daughters even though they are nearly grown up now it seems.

My Interests

I like things that make my eyes sparkle and my mind expand its curiosities. Community involvement, kids, music, working hard and studying!

I'd like to meet:

More people who share my interests. YOU!

Music:

I like Pop, Rock, Jazz, New Age, hip-hop, blues, soul, gospel, reggae, and very extremely little cross-over country, depending on my mood, and whether I feel like dancing or just listening.

I like Non-repetitive music with a melody. No rap without real melody. No twangy country old-fashioned, out of key music. No Acid Rock. I think of music for a beautiful day with the windows down and the sunroof open in Florida, or something that echos through the house to sing with, dance with, or just LISTEN to.

These days, listening to Nickelback, Dave Matthews, RHCP, John Mayer, Bon Jovi, Rob Thomas, Marc Broussard, Enrique Iglesias...

Movies:

Scarlett Pimpernel with Anthony Andrews, Jane Seymour and Ian McKellen. Princess Bride was good also. Witty, and Highly Quotable.
Good modern action thrillers are nice, but not memorable. I hate gore movies. I hate to be scared.

Television:

Inuyasha, because I watch it with my daughter!

Books:

Whatever Text of my classes that I'm taking at the time, likely A and P, Med Micro, Chem, or Statistics until 2009.

Heroes:

My parents. They're so loving and generous, active after retirement, and just plain amazing. I have been so lucky to have had them as parents.

Terry Tate: Office Linebacker

Just got back from the National Sales Conference in Dallas, and I had a great time! One of the things they showed us was that we could be working with the amazing Terry Tate, Office Linebacker. Never ...

Those things we say!

Did you ever notice that some of your best friends have specific sayings? You "love them to death" but "bless their heart" they just can't help it? Those in quotes are some of mine, plus too many "Yes...
