WELL THIS WILL NOT POST IN MY BLOG FOR SOME REASON SO I THOUGHT I WOULD POST IT HERE. Fighting the battle of the bulge is not easy. Duh right. Well I decided to tell you about my battle of the bulge maybe it will help someone or someone will just find it interesting to read. Since the end of October, I have lost 27 pounds by take some small and large steps along the way. First I started eating less fast food and drinking less pop. Then I found out how many calories my body needed to maintain the weight I was at. Then I started eating only that amount of calories because that was drop in calories from what I had been eating. Then every week or two when eating that amount got easier I look up what it took to maintain 5 lbs less than my weight and usually it was only 30 calories or so less, so you are taking baby steps down with your calories and I continued to do this. I tried to add exercise but I would get quickly bored with whatever I was trying that week. I now have a hand weight set, a deflated ball, a punching bag and countless videos on exercise. When I do get in shape I going to try the Carmen Electra Strip Tease again ha ha. I stayed on the calorie goals so I was down to 167 by March when we went to visit my family in Montana. I only gained a pound in the week I was there which I thought was pretty good since I was eating a lot more fast food than usual. I dont eat value meals anymore if I want fries I have a small one with an ice tea and it is enough for me now. After I got back I had a couple weeks that I didnt count calories but in April I got back on track. Since I have always been interested in fitness and nutrition I decided to go to school to be a fitness trainer. I thought this would motivate me in my goals of losing weight and being healthier. Also if I still looked the way I looked I would have no job opportunities at the end of my schooling. My school is a year long so I figure I have enough time to get in shape. Currently I am working out 5 times a week at the gym. 2 days weight training and 3 days of cardio. I also am counting my calories again and I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day so that I have something to eat every couple hours which works for me so I dont overeat. I am down to 160 from 187 when I first started in October so I think I am making good progress so I will keep you all posted.

My Boyfriend Mark haha. Also I like to cake decorator, photography, books, music, and lots of other things slipping my mind at this time. Also I am trying to get my EBAY video game business up and running Mark and Joy Games. If you are interested you should come take a look.
