The Black Rats....
Once in the dead of a harsh winter night, three street rats crept the dank sewers and alleyways of London. They ran through the hidden tunnels, encoutnering all manner of strange and unholy creatures along the way. These were the scum of the Earth, the vermin among animals, and were hated by all humans. The rats, hungry and half-starved, ran aground to find some food, crawling through an opening in a leaky pipe. The rats found themselves in a witches house, the witch looked at the rats and took pity on them for having to live their lives hated by those among them. She turned the rats into humans, and the Black Rats were born: Blonde, Brown & Black. To honour our heritage we only dress in black, the colour of the sewers we used to run in, and we still live our lives like those rats in the seedy undebellies of London to this day. We play the music of the gutters.
