My brother kicked the crap out of me and taught me that I better be tough if I wanted to be his little brother. JOSH was the first coach and best bro a fighter could have. THANKS BRO FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT AND ALSO MOM AND DAD for being there. I started my career as wrestler at the age of 5 Wrestling Kids USA wrestling tournaments for the Escondido Crunchers coach by Roy Oliver. Then my parents moved me and my brother to POWAY where I went to Poway High School wrestling for Coach Wayne Branstetter. I had a winning career. Finishing 2nd in Cadet state, 2nd Junior State, 3rd in High School state Championships(my junior yr.), and even winning the California state games. I was HIgh School All-American. Earning a division 1 NCAA full ride ticket to School @ CAL STATE BAKERSFIELD. I ended up leaveing college wrestling to become a Firefighter and worked for the U.S. Forest Service in 2001 as a member of Rincon Type 1 Fire Crew on the Sequioa National Forest then for Laguna Hotshots on the Cleveland National Forest back home in San Diego and also Engine 45 Glenciff Fire Station till 2005. I then decided that I wouldn't let injuries from wrestling in High school and fire fighting keep me from doing things I love! After doctors said I could never fight fire again or run or little known Wrestle. I said ! and I'll prove you wrong I started training and I battled back! I started to train with JESSE TAZ TAYLOR and started going to team quest thats when I meet DAN HENDERSON (PRIDE WORLD CHAMPION) and started training with champions and thought that I should give Fighting a chance to still do Sometime I love. If I can't go back to fire fighting then I'll fight! I also coach wrestling @ San Marcos High School with Brody Barrios building a wrestling progam that has never had GOOD coaching! THE "Power of Wrestling" (POW) has been the reason why I fight everyday. THANKS TO ALL THAT SUPPORT ME AND MY CAREER!
