About Me

"Who am I? You sure you want to know? The story of my life is not for the faint of heart. If somebody said it was a happy little tale... if somebody told you I was just your average ordinary guy, not a care in the world... somebody lied."
I've been in the entertainment industry since 1995, getting my start in the video game industry with Midway Home Entertainment. I've been involved with film since 2000 touring the Dallas and Santa Monica film festival scenes, and decided to try my hand at acting full-time in 2004, evolving into a SAG/AFTRA TV/Film actor.
Various projects I've been involved with have ranged from notable games such as the Mortal Kombat series and Everquest, to films and TV shows such as Deadwood, Red Eye, and the second Pirates of the Caribbean film. I even played Spider-Man professionally for Marvel Productions, which was a lot of fun.
I was born and raised in Texas, the made the move to California in 2001. I lived in San Diego before I moved to Los Angeles for about a year. I like my acting work, and my friends in the area, but L.A. as a "living" place just wasn't for me, so I moved back to San Diego. It just made the commute a little longer, but I still enjoy the work.
Since then, I've packed up the truck and moved to Las Vegas in 2008. It's been good so far, and I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of splash I can make out here in the entertainment biz. Besides, it's Vegas. How can you not enjoy the craziness that happens out here?
I consider myself an outspoken, intelligent and artistically creative, well-humored (I like to make people laugh - humor ranges from light-hearted, to parody, to quirky) person. I have a casual attitude towards a lot of things, but I take responsibility and my projects seriously. I enjoy entertaining other people, and try to keep life interesting for all around me. I'm happiest either at the beach, creating artwork, or hidden away somewhere in a good bookstore.
My website tells a lot more about me. I also have professional film and video game bios listed on the 'net.
These guys have been great friends to me, so I want to support them however I can:

My Interests

acting, art, beaches, Cirque du Soleil, coffeeshops, cooking, Dance Dance Revolution, Deep Ellum Film Festival, Disneyland, drawing, filmmaking, ghosts, Las Vegas, Legend of Zelda, movies, Ms. Pac-Man, New Orleans, painting, Pensacola, pirates, photography, Santa Monica Film Festival, Square-Enix, sushi, travel, Tim Burton art, Tim Cantor art, video games, Walt Disney World, wii, wine, writing

I'd like to meet:

Professional - I enjoy meeting people with the same goals that I have: The love of film and interactive media. Most of my friends and colleagues are in the art, music, film and video gaming fields, so I am always open to meeting and talking with similar mindsets.
Friends - People of similar interests. Anything from video games, movies and popular media, to doing the infamous "roadtrip", to being able to hang out in a bar with a few pints of Guinness, and do a few rounds of karaoke. Sense of humor is a requisite. Being able to sit back and enjoy a day out without drama is another. I can hang out with just about anybody. I would also like to meet people who are interested in helping out with creative projects without becoming competitive about it.
I am, however, always glad to meet new (or catch up with old) friends. This has been a great means to stay in touch with a lot of my friends, and I'm grateful for every friendship that crosses my path.
If you wish to add me, and we haven't met in some form or fashion, drop me a line to say "hello". I'm not here to collect bands or as many people as I can, but anyone is welcome to share in what I do. If you can take a few seconds to click an "Add" button for me, you can just as easily spare a few extra seconds to introduce yourself.
Also, don't try to add me if you're just trying to promote ads or services or web layouts, want me to see your "sexy webcam", or tell me about the scads of cash you make doing online surveys. Unless you're a friend or business associate of mine, or I added you myself as you relate to my specific media or interests, I'm just going to delete the comment. And your profile from mine. Again, you'd be surprised how far a personal "hello" can get you.
