I tend to trust my instincts and people in general. i'm thankful everyday for being the luckiest person in the world 'cause i'm healthy, safe, well fed, happy, loved, respected and remembered almost every second of every day. _______________ I was born in deep river, grew up in port elgin, went to grade school in kincardine, high school in mississauga, college in scarborough. lived in richmond hill/north york for a few months before moving to taiwan. been here about 4 years and am planning on leavin feb 2007 to travel a bit before i go to ?????? and open a ......??? details, details... _______________ Some of my fav. memories of taiwan are dancin to the expat bands, running a hot dog/baked potato stand at Peace Fest, finding Baishawan beach, helping AnimalsTaiwan with cookie bakes, building shelters, parades and quiz nights. meeting some great students and wonderful friends, playing texas hold 'em, day/weekend trips in the Ford Fetiva and the Honda Civic, dinners in Taipei, brunches at our place, the Destroyers, hiking in the mountains, making short films, watching little Johnny Lub grow up, painting, traveling all over asia, discovering new foods, constant hellos and compassionate co-workers. _______________________________

My Interests

swimming, reading, dancing, snokeling, road tripping, volunteering, dinners out, cooking, learning, painting, texs hold'em, photography, beaches, waterfalls, lakes, sand, poi dancing, hanging with my dogs, drivin in my car, wine nights with a friend, dinner parties, bbqs, walking, riding my scooter, finding new foods and neat spots, makin short movies, building things from cedar tables to dog shelters, re-arrangin/redecorating my home

I'd like to meet:

Self motivated, easygoing, high energy people that are patient, love sharing what they know and enjoy whatever it is they're doing. On the other hand I also love laid back, one task a day, fey types who can spend an entire weekend without leaving their apartment. Finally, people in general. We're all pretty damn enjoyable.

right now i'm liking Van Morrison, Etta James, bedouin soundclash, basement jaxx, cat stevens, anything i can dance 2, everything i can sing along with, mickey avalon, ben harper, ray charles, jack johnson, joni mitchell, outkast, oasis, dave mathews, nick drake, cold play, sloan, feist, keane, be good tanyas, some mushroom jazz....

Movies:

princes bride, napolean dynamite, big fish, what the bleep do we know, memento, usual suspects, big lebowski, waking life, pulp fiction ...more but i just cant remember right now...

Television:

no tv/cable for a few years but sometimes I'll download some episodes of wire, weeds, shield, OZ, 6 feet under, its always sunny in philadelphia, rescue me, the office, family guy, simpsons, curb your enthusiasm
