This is what my biggest fan has to say:
“My Sister is amazing!!! Her music will inspire u because it is all from the heart and its real!! I insist u take a second to just listen to her songs. She has many more than the ones she has up, but that's about it for the moment. I love u melody!!! Ur the best person in my life right now and if it wasn't for u saving me, I wouldn't be on this earth right now. Thank u so much. And u are a wonderful artist!

I first started writing songs and melodies when I was 12. I remember reading a Madonna lyric sheet so I could get the format. "Verse, verse, chorus, verse, chorus." I used the term baby a lot in my early days as a writer, because so did Madonna, but I really didn't understand the reference and often wondered what babies and true love had to do with each other.
I started playing guitar when I was 16 when I accused my teacher of being prejudiced and got kicked out of her Spanish II class. I was then given the choice of art or guitar, and since I knew this guy Lewis Hernandez was in guitar (I had a crush on him hardcore), I took guitar. Then I tried to out play him every chance I got, just to prove how cool I was. For some reason I wasn't very popular in high school, and almost never had any dates :)
I first started playing gigs in cafes when I was 18. I was really horrid, but I had these really cute long braids so people were nice to me. I knew I could do better, so I kept working at it, and I cut off my braids.
Thank you for listening. It’s truly a wonderful gift.
