FECAL MATTERS: the social aspect of pooing

I need your stories and participation!

About Me

Hello everyone! My name is Jen, and I'm doing research for a book I'm going to write called, Fecal Matters. This book is about the social aspects of pooing (shitting, crapping, deficating, pinchin' a loaf, droppin' the kids off at the pool...whatever you want to call it).I am genuinely interested in finding out how people feel about pooing. Are you a closet pooper? (not literally...or, well, maybe...) Do you leave the door open? How comfortable do you feel pooing in public? In front of your significant other? Do you have any candle-lighting rituals?Basically, I have questions, and I want your answers - I want your stories! I think this is an important issue that needs to be dicussed: we all poo. We read books about this when we're little, and then we just shut-up about it entirely when we grow up. We become embarassed. We constipate ourselves with the dreaded FEAR of having to use the washroom at someone else's house! So, please go to the BLOG section of this myspace, and find the link to my online blog site. I've posted questions, and feel free to share your answers. It's completely anonymous, so don't be afraid. Send this info out to all your friends and family, because I want as many personal stories as possible!I would also like to thank you in advance for NOT sending me pictures of your prize winning brown log...I'll just take your word for it if you tell me it was ginormous, okay? Thank you!

My Interests

People

I'd like to meet:

People who are willing to talk about their poo experiences and help me write this book

Music:

Bathroom music: I must say, I LOVE when I go to a public washroom, and there is music playing! It helps diffuse the noise, and just adds a nice ambiance to the room.

Movies:

American Pie (only cuz the guy in that movie cracks me up cuz he runs HOME everytime he has to poo! and I know people like that!!)

Television:

Grey's Anatomy. I'm not sure if they've ever had an episode where a patient has a poo issue, but I just love the show!

Books:

The book I'm about to write, with your help!!

Heroes:

Anyone who is willing to talk about "taboo" issues, such as "POO"
