Indro grew up on the East Coast of the US and in Eastern India playing music all his life and being a part of numerous musical groups. His Indian roots are clear in his productions which draw on any idom from his musical memory necessary to portray his lyrical ideas. After graduating from Duke University Indro became a part of the New York and Kolkata music scenes performing regularly on the sitar. He has been called upon to lend his sitar skills to many recordings and live ensemble projects and has toured the US extensively.
