Skinethics Tattoos and Body Piercing is owned and operated by Joe Thomas and his wife Stephanie. Joe Thomas began his art career at the young age of 18. Painting everything from portraits and fetish art to murals and signs. Joe developed a name for himself in the Youngstown area as a commercial freelance artist. After many years as a struggling painter Joe decided to set aside his brushes and learn the art of tattooing. Two years later he opened his own shop. Skinethics has been in operation for the past nine years and now employs three additional tattooists and two piercers.
