I am a brazilian oldschool skateboarder, amateur dj and music (jazz, blues, rock, reggae, r&b, soul, funk, bossa nova) addict. I also double as a university professor and english teacher.
I've had the good fortune of seeing many of my musical idols playing live, either in Brazil or in the USA (NYC), where I lived for nearly a decade. I consider myself blessed for that and wish every music lover to be just as lucky as I am, or even more. Music gets me going, it's my inspiration and my therapy.
Skateboarding came back to me in 2003, thru a group of friends who I used to skate with in the late 70s. It's amazing what a 40 year old can do on a skateboard...
