About Me

Wild Hare Records is an independant record label and authentic analog recording studio located in the panhandle of West Virginia. Founded in 2003 by Dave Moore to help promote historic artists as well as promising new artists involved in the Rockabilly and Hillbilly Circuit. Wild Hare is a label of Rockabillies for Rockabillies - no big attitutes or corporate schemes here. Wild Hare boasts an extensive catalog of historic artists including Joe Penny - former Hank Williams drifting cowboy, Pat Cupp - the "Long, Gone Daddy" himself, and many more. We also feature such promising new acts as Thommy Burns and His Sterling Cowboys, The Garnet Hearts, The Droptops, Slick Andrews and Buck Stevens.
