About Me

Hello! Im an ex-student, recently graduated from Staffordshire University (the Stoke campus) in English BA Hons, in which i achieved a 2:1. Currently i work part time for Sainsbury's in Newcastle - Under - Lyme as a Customer Services Assistant (not as fun as it sounds). In addition to this, i also work in Blackfriars Further Education College for Special Needs as a Pool Assistant, which i love. In the future i would love to teach Special Needs; I have applied (and have an interview for) teaching Secondary English with Special Needs at Manchester Met University, so hopefully.... (fingers crossed). As a person, i'm generally a happy person, can be shy at times and loves my rock music. This year i am hopefully off to Wacken festival in Germany again, and Download festival at Donnington :)

My Interests

Reading, theatre, festivals, music, learning, socialising, drinking, gaming!!!

I'd like to meet:

Im happy meeting anyone :) Although i would like to meet Stephen Hawking in particular, along with Billie Joe Armstrong and Geoff Tate.

Music:

Mainly rock, punk, metal, and 80's cheese. I will listen to virtually anything though. My favourite bands include: Greenday, Queensryche, Sum 41, Rise Against, Bullet for my Valentine, The offspring... and at the moment, i'm loving Children of Bodom.

Movies:

I prefer Comedy films at the moment, and love my animated Dreamworks and Disney pixar films. Most films including Jim Carrey, Adam Sandler and Ben Stiller are ace :) Some of my favourite films are: Ace Ventura, The Waterboy, Back to the Future, Stand By Me, Spirited Away, Amile, The Mummy, 28 Days Later, The Simpons Movie.

Television:

Friends!!!!!, Two Pints of Lager, Family Guy, the Simpsons, Neighbours, Red Dwarf, Futurama, Father Ted.

Books:

Harry Potter, The Bell Jar, Hideaway, Stuart: A Life Backwards, The Curious Incident Of The Dog and The Nighttime, A Taste of Honey, Up the Junction, The Catcher in The Rye, Dorian Gray.
