SEE BELOW FOR UPCOMING FITNESS AND SPECIAL EVENTS! My name is Sherry and I'm a published author as well as a fitness specialist. If I'm not spending time with my family or working on my fitness goals, I am visiting schools to motivate children to read and write, doing book signings, or leading groups around the world. I think that you make life what you want it to be and the only limits are those that you set for yourself.I believe in trying to help others and a couple of my larger travel projects include a CRUISE FOR THE CURE (to benefit all of those amazing and beautiful breast cancer survivors, as well as breast cancer research and awareness) and various fitness cruises (i.e. Boot Camp Fitness Cruises).
I also do a lot of volunteer work with children, which has earned me several awards and award nominations. I have been featured on the local news, had interviews on world-wide radio networks, and travel extensively.
BOOKS:My published books include:Shadows of the Past (an intense suspense novel based on a true story), Jason's No.16 Dream (an inspirational children's chapter book), Dude; You're a Crab (an illustrated children's chapter book) The 1st book in the Crab Tale Adventure Series, The Crab is Back in Town, The 2nd illustrated chapter book in the Crab Tale Adventure Series, Shadows Unspoken (A Collection of poetry).

New for 2009 - The Indy Boot Camp is joining forces with me to help families to fight against obesity in children. On the above Boot Camp Cruise, April 4-9, 2009, we will also be offering special fitness events for children and families to do together that are orientated especially for children and lower levels of fitness. Parents will have an opportunity to join the higher level classes as well as workout with their children. This event is a great way to have family time, enjoy a vacation, and stay fit!

** SECOND ANNUAL CRUISE FOR THE CURE **
The first Annual Cruise for the Cure was powerful and a wonderful success! We had volunteers that gave insightful seminars about breast cancer, the treatments, the disease itself, what to watch for, and new ways for doing self breast exams. In 2007 we were also able to find sponsors for two beautiful breast cancer survivors as well as their caregivers - and we are hoping to find even more sponsors for 2008.
