Strange Arrangement

Strange Arrangement is an up and coming band from Chicago, Illinois. The members of the band have played together on and off in various professional groups across the country for the past 11 years, performing styles such as Jazz, Rock, Reggae, Funk, Bluegrass, Afro-Cuban and West African music. Drawing on these different experiences the band decided to reunite in Chicago to focus thier energies on this one musical concept. The members of Strange Arrangement include Joe Hettinga on keyboards, Bob Parlier on drums, Jim Conry on guitar and Kevin Barry on bass. They compose songs ranging from lyrically based folk songs to Progressive Rock epics. They currently have their first five song demo out and are gearing up for a full length album due in the spring of 07'. The main goal of the band is to create music with a sense of integrity and share it with as many people as possible.
