Rufus Tree is a Chicago-based indie rock band who has been seen opening for the likes of Lifehouse, Sonic Flood, Rusted Root, the Normals, and Derek Webb from Caedmon's Call. They have had guest performances on their two CD's by the legendary Phil Keaggy, Dove Award winner Mitch McVicker, and Rocketown's Alathea. Their use of eclectic instruments such as harmonica and hammered dulcimer have helped them garner a diverse audience.
