My First Love is GOD, second love drums! Yeh so..I've been playing for about 10 years now, i truly thank God for this gift and for the many doors he's opened and oppurtunities he's given me - I had the priveledge of touring some schools and Church's in South Africa in february 2005, it was a truly amazing experience.I also play for my local church Choir, National Choir, a service called engage youth (every few months) and up and coming group - Zamar Shir... myspace.com/zamarshir, and as ya know A2P, as well as short term projects with other up and coming musicians in birmingham i.e. sister act 2 production, APAA events and Academy of Gospel music events, giving me the oppurtunity to work with musical individuals and musicians such Clyde Ford (JJ), Rikki Prince, Liam White, Stuart Brown, Cecil Chamnbers and many others.This year (07) i played for LCGC reps @ the academy of Gospel Music event, and Played for local artist Lytie at last years (06) anka day nursery concert. This year (07) i played for birmingham group Harmony, maureen senior and the just praise choir and Donna Marie at the assemblies of the first born Lozzells branch concert.I recently (07) Gained a Rockschool Qualification, Grade 6 Distinction, 91%! and couldn't have done without GOD's help, protection and encouragement.shout outs to other blessed and anointed musicians i have the priveledge of working with... jonothan H(keys), David H(bass), Themba M. (keyz, a bit of everything etc), Dionne D. and Laura D.At university studying Psychology BSc.I have a a lil bro and a lil sis,...and a big bro and a lil bro, lol.........................Oh and if your wondering about the name 'vangie d' it was given to me by my cousin Rychie P, but its appropriate..
