Chislaine, Sabrina and Jade each have a burning passion for God. They have acknowledged their gifts from God and have devoted themselves to improving and perfecting the gifts they have been blessed with. There mission is to reach people of all ages by leading them into worship through singing. They see the group as an outreach to people of all ages, and through their music they will inspire people and spread God's word to transform people's lives, To touch hearts and to save souls!
Shemariah are based in Birmingham, they are members of an ongoing church, Mount Zion, formerly known as Aston Christian Centre (ACC).
Shemariah began 1year ago, through a vision that was shown to one of the group members by God. They then discussed the idea of the group, their aims, missions and the genre of music. After extensive thought, a name was decided which emplyfies the group, 'Shemariah' - meaning 'Protected by God'
Shemariah are currently in the process of recording their first few tracks of the album, so myspace guys, keep visiting the website and listen out for their tracks!
