Where to begin...I am Shannon Blackburn and I grew up in Fayetteville, Wv. I live in Beckley now with my husband. We have been married for three years and are very happy. He understands me like nobody ever has. I have two dogs named Jake and Molly, they have their own myspace page. I have four tattoos (go check out my pics). I would love to be a photographer, just haven't had the chance to take any classes. I'm always looking for something new to take pictures of, check out my pics and let me know what you think. I write poetry, things just spill onto paper sometimes. If you'd like to read some of it it's in my blog. I have two bowed psalteries and am taking lessons with my brother.
I am extremely shy until I get to know you. I am very good to my friends, sometimes even when I shouldn't be. I'd love to make some new friends, the good kind. I know they're hard to come by these days, there's got to be one out there somewhere. I am a good listener. Most of the time my quietness is mistaken for bitchiness. I'm just not much of a talker.
