About Me

Last Man Standing was formed in the summer of 2001 by Blake Hill (Drums), Kirk Scarbrough (Guitar/Vocals), and Drew Hill (Bass/Vocals). They started out playing NOFX, Operation Ivy, and Dead Kennedys covers. Eventually, they wrote their first song called Riot Deny It. In the winter of 2003, LMS went into the recording studio and recorded a 7 song debut CD entitled "Government INC." They also started playing gigs regularly in the Mid-Michigan area. Last Man Standing recorded a CDEP with 5 brand new tracks called "It’s Your Life" and was released in early August 2005. This single was recorded at LMS’ own studio and was also produced and released completely DIY. A year later, in 2006, they headed back into the studio to record their third single "Broken Bricks" (also released 100% DIY). The boys of Last Man Standing enjoy listening to lots of real Punk Rock and Oi!, and are always having a laugh.CHEERS!
