About Me

My work IS my pleasure! This is not what i do, it's who i am.Have you ever been so excited by what you're doing that you reach a natural high?I'm a Photojournalist. I mean that I 'AM' in the truest meaning of the word. It is my purpose, my calling. In the spirit of Gordon Parks and some lesser known predecessors, I try to use my imagery as a means of social justice.I'm passionate about what I do. It is my drug.

My Interests

Seeing as much of the world as I can before I die. Doing as much as I can before I die. Leaving a pleasant memory for those who knew me.

I'd like to meet:

I like meeting people from all walks of life. I'm especially partial to those who have a vision and purpose for life and are in pursuit of that vision and purpose through creativity.

Movies:

Love Jones, (my biography), Jason's Lyric. The Vanishing, Life, The Learning Tree, The Best Man City of God, The Medicine Man, The Killing Fields, Let's Do It Again, Which Way is Up, Malcom X, Indiana Jones, (the entire series), Fantastic Voyage, Troy, A Beautiful Mind, on and on and on....

Television:

Discovery/Times channel. National Geographic. All of the home improvement channels. Fine Living channel. HBO series and ..aries. SportsCenter (of course). If it doesn't relax or inspire, I don't have time for it.

Heroes:

God. Jesus. My parents. Gordon Parks. Michel DuCille. The slaves who died dreaming of the freedoms I now enjoy. The grassroots civil rights workers who sacrificed for the freedoms I now enjoy. People who take advantage of every moment and opportunity every day.
