DJ SPENNY M -TRUE 100.2 FM EVERY SAT 2-4PM

well after months and months of saying im gonna get a myspace .ive finally got one . basically was born and bread in ladbroke grove ! ive been djing for about 7 years now ..from wot started out as bedroom mixing getting home from school and flinging the bag in the corner and not doin homework i was straight on my decks trying to learn how to mix my first tunes together ..couple of months down the line me and a few mates decided to form a crew wich went by the name of urban rhymes! 3 years later after doin showcases and clubs playing on various pirate radio stations such as code 10 delight fm infastep fm and ley low fm everybody got older and decided they wanted to do there own thing and we all went our seperate ways ..a few like myself carried on doin wot we loved the rest decided otherwise .so from then on i was on my own and started djing on radio doin old school garge r+b and grime sets each and every sunday....as time went on and the more older i become i started to get in to the funky house scene. thanks to my mate tony t we started goin to places such as neighbourhood and trying to see wot it was about and getting to know all the tunes and networking with other people ..after building up a name a few people started to take notice and i soon started to get bookings for private partys christnings and doin a few local clubs in the west london area such as cagneys blag club and zd bar wich is where i meant my now close friend and dj partner dj stevie c .in 2003 i brought out my first mixed cd wich was a old school classic back to 88 wich went on to do better than i thought .swiftly followed by an old school garage r+b hip hop and funky house complilation..right now i have a weekly show on one of london's no1 pirate radio stations true 100.2 fm every saturday from 2-4 pm wich has lead me to play at venues such as the hammersmith palais , archangel , crystalz wine bar , mango lounge, neighbourhood,vintage,establishment,smollenskys and having a yearly set at the notting hill carnival .u can catch me there each and every saturday from 12-2 playing the very best in funky house with a touch of old school and also at my weekly residency vintage nite club in croydon! to all u producers out there if u have any tunes u want to be heard and played then feel free to send me a msg and ill be more than happy to play them on my show.any shouts dediactions or request for my radio show also. just wanna shout out to all my family to many names to mention ..everyone that knows me . all the ice cold family . all the ladbroke grove crew! thanx for all the support over the last year or so .keep checking the page for any news and info about where u can catch me playing .for bookings either email me on here or my hotmail [email protected]!
