FRIEND RQUEST GUIDELINES
1) All profiles must have a profile picture
2) All profiles must have the REAL Tonex as their friend, before you are accept in the fan club...Users have been sending requests to me and probably don't even know who Tonex is.
3) Any request that has a blocked profile WILL be deny automatic
4) Once send, it might take 5 to 15 days before you are accept (have to review your profiles)
