Brian Briggs, 11, and his brother Mitchell, 8, each wore shirts from their father's uniform, and around their necks hung their father's badge."This is just our dad's badge," said Brian. "They put it into a necklace.""We have some shirts on, it's a biking shirt 'cause my dad was biking, and he could have just gone home because he was like leaving," said Mitchell. "He could've just gone home, but he had to go over and just say something to him."Brian and Mitchell know how they lost their father. They also realize what an amazing father he was, and they want everyone to know it."I like playing football with him, and it was just really fun, going swimming with him, going on vacation in Maine, just lots of things," said Brian."He played catch with me when I came home from School," Mitchell said. "I'd do my homework, and after I did my homework, we'd play catch.""He was a tremendous father to his boys and a tremendous role model to all the boys he coached the last three years," said Mike Simpson."He tried to spend as much time as he could with us, even if he had a second left, he'd spend it with us," said Mitchell.
