My name is Martin Ledger and I am currently living in Taunton in Somerset.
Over the past couple of years God has totally changed my life. Just a brief little story.
I had been going to church for about 8 years in my home town Coventry. It was ok, but to be honest I only went to meet with my friends, it was a social club at the end of the day. God and Jesus seemed very distant from me, i never knew God, just went religously because I knew it was a good thing.
But in september 2004 I went on a school of worship in Kenosha Wisconsin USA and for the first time in my liife I experienced God in a real way. I never knew you could actually have a relationship with God, just as I have a relationship with my brother or Mum, thats how it is with God. Its amazing.
My heart was captured by God, and ever since its just been so real to me. Now i go to church because i know I'm gonna meet with God, not with my friends. After finishing the school God has moved me on to Taunton where God is doing amazing things. I am apart of a church that is brilliant, never experienced anything like it. God is always there and thats what makes it brilliant.
