Too many good films to mention them all, but generally speaking if theres a good book behind it then its worth a look, and I'll watch just about anything once, possibly even 4 times if its got bloody great robots no matter how bad the film was, transformers is still transformers and wins on nostalgia alone, never mind the shoddy acting, non-existant plot etc.
Television:
24, drawn together, blackadder, red dwarf, fawlty towers, Black books, Bottom, Young ones, Coupling, father ted. Most British comedy that doesn't involve that prick Gervais really.

anything stephen king has EVER written is good. LOTR goes without saying.
