Before this is all over, I will have understood to the best of my organisms evolved abilities, the metachromatic poise of the ism. For all I can do in one life, is gesture to the heavens; a token of thanks and a life of servitude. I also like seaweed ...

Music:

Guitar jangly jangle .. twang n' fuzz buzz hiss echo wah .... BBBBbbZZzzzzzt! I like unplugging it while the tubes are hot .... Granular synthesis is keen. Analog vs. digital - burn babay burn! pucker pop pimp pounding peaks and bumps per click-track clack a doodle doo bust a bell on a groove and move over Beethoven, there's something meaner with a crackle hiss cleaner than a 60hz bum-take make no mistake about the pan in the sync or the queue and Q cause if your ear could wink it would squint opening just a notch to let the db be
The only difference between data and music is whether or not it runs ... The only difference between space and music is time ... If you ever want advice, make sure it is sound ...The Big Bang may not have been so big ... but I'm still listening to it ... G2 - A3 - F2 - F1 - C2

Movies:

Although I love some of the work he has done, I must wind up with the opinion that I really dislike Stephen Speilberg. I equate him to a man who makes elaborate wedding cakes, then takes a thumb and ruins it just a little for the bride and groom. Fearing perhaps, that without this mark it wouldn't be "signed" by him. This to me is sin, as good work will always speak for itself. Wedding cakes are also not the most impressive tasting cakes. They are more for the show.
I also do not like George Lucas very much. He is pompous and takes far too much credit for the genius of others under him who are less connected and more creative. Casting himself as the lead villain in his sophomoric fable would have bought him a little more respect from me. I must commend him on the use of alien ebonics however. Who would've known that the sidekick race of aliens would sound like Amos or Andy?
Walt Disney is one of few people who I feel strongly is very deserving of banishment and neglect. As an artist myself perhaps I am merely feeling retaliatory for fallen bretheren in arms who have been eaten up and spit out under the direction of this tyrannical man. He ruined many lives to get where he is[was]. He also helped the nazis make propoganda films, and likewise the US government to make their own patriotic spew. A proponent and key player in blacklisting, he actually tries to single-handedly claim brilliantly inventing the idea of motion pictures put to music in the opening of Fantasia. Yuck.
I DO however like alot of movies of a wide variety, had I decided to name them instead of bitching on bitterly about these three gentlemen, perhaps I could've listed many of them. I prefer to let their ugly pressence dominate this profile the same it does the movie scene in general. Ooo symbolic.
Isn't "movie" kind of a stupid word anyway? Should we call web pages "clickies" and songs "soundies"? Write your answer on a post card and throw it away ...

Television:

hen I lived in Amsterdam, we had squatted 3 advacent buildings in a neighborhood that was being leveled in a couple months. You could walk for a few blocks and see all the stuff people discarded when they split. We would dress like pirates and go into the attics of these recently abandoned dwellings and find tons of useful stuff, lots of crap and at least one television per building. We brought them all back to our place which at this point was three whole apt buildings that were side by side. Then we would go up to the roof and have the ritual. We'd throw the T.V.s off the roof and watch them punch a hole in the rusted out coregated steel roof of the old garage below, and burst into pieces on it's concrete floor. Glorious. Then, we would claim our prize; the cathode ray gun from the back of the tube. It was a bit like taking the heart of an animal after the hunt, but we were all vegetarians.
That's my favorite time watching television[s].

Books:

atchbooks, Phonebooks, ReadMe files, Cisco's Guide to Subnet Masks, TCL/TK for BSD UNIX, Yamaha's Sound Re-enforcement Handbook, Illuminatis Seclorum, The Book of the Dead by Thoth, A Book of Five Rings by Miyamoto Musashi, Sam and the Firefly, Hop on Pop, Coping With Beavers in DuPage County
Not a big lit person - I'd rather write than read other peoples stuff. Why? Well because I am awesome.

It occured to me there is no real universal peace in nature. Only temporary peace among common interests. Nature is an act of war. With the occasional treaty between forces. Everything must b...
