Ecletic, I like everything from Blues to House to Industrial to New Wave (ah the 80's), NIN, John Lee Hooker, Oingo Boingo, The Cure, White Stripes, Gorillaz, Depeche Mode, A Tribe Called Quest, Orbital, Muddy Waters, Prince, Mazzy Star, Liz Phair, Primus, Yelloman, De La Soul, Tom Waits, Bjork, Brazilian Girls, The Police, Tori Amos, They Might Be Giants, DJ Krush (really like drum and bass), Bob Marley, Radiohead, you get the idea, I have really gotten into Mashups lately. I could go on, but what is the point of those lists with a 1000 bands? You get the idea.
Naked (some incredible dialogue if u can handle the accents, David Thewlis is great), Trainspotting, Donnie Darko, Dir - Terry Gilliam (Brazil, Time Bandits, John Woo Flicks, Twelve Monkeys, Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail!), Quentin Tarantino (almost everything), A Clockwork Orange, Wes Andersons stuff, Lost In Translation (love the sense of ennui) too much Anime to mention (ok some, Cowboy Bebop, Lain, Ninja Scroll, Akira, Ghost in The Shell, C any Miyazaki, etc), Dir - Spike Jones (Adaptation, Being John Malkovich, Dir - Jim Jarmusch (Dead Man, Broken Flowers, Ghost Dog, Down By Law),Dir - Akira Kurosawa (anything, Seven Samurai is a must see), Dir - Chan wook Park (Oldboy, Sympathy for Mr Vengeance). Just about any Coen Brothers (The Big Lebowski, Fargo, Raising Arizon, Blood Simple, etc), Dir _ Takeshi Miike (if you like crazy screwed up out there stuff check him out),I watch a lot of Japanese and Korean flicks, many other countries are making better films than the typical Hollywood crap, it's sad.
Lost has sucked me in, Adult Swim, Simpsons, Futurama, Venture Brothers, The Office, Cash In The Attic (I know, I can't help it, there is something addictive about it), any Law and Order, The Shield, Curb Your Enthusiasm. You know, good stuff.
Love Horror, SciFi, Fantasy, Stephen King, Piers Anthony, Isaac Asimov (was a prolific writing god), Lovecraft, Dean Koontz has done some good stuff though he has gotten lazy, never grew out of Graphic Novels.
