Born in Monroe Louisiana raised in the Bay. Now let me take the time to introduce myself.. My name is Sean Taylor (Government Issue) A.K.A. Mani MOE. I am 30 years old and a decade strong in the music scene. I started doing talent shows in grade school at a young age. I hooked up with my Cuz Cuz ..Ant.. who introduced me to ..E.G... a producer in the Bay.

I am the C.E.O. of Big Country Records, which I have put out a successful project & as well been involved in many compilations. I have performed & did shows with several artists such as Snoop Dogg & The Pound, Jagged Edge, B-Legit and many more.
As a multi-dimensional artist, I am a humble hard-worker and my own boss pushing rhymes state to state. Networking, doing free shows bound to make it happen for my VA team.
This year I will be dropping a solo album, hopefully, with a major independent distribution company.
