About Me

The name's Tracy. I'm 20 years old, living in Anchorage, AK and loving it!!! I'm employed by the United States Air force with 3 years left to go. I originally hail from the great state of North Carolina. I love it, but I fear I'll never go back. :P Alaska is just too awesome. I have a dog back home (Pebbles) who runs the household even though she's an old fart. I enjoy reading, writing, watching movies, and stuff like that. My heroes are TSgt Thomas Perry and Dane Cook. If you don't know who Dane Cook is, I strongly reccomend that you go buy Vicious Circle. My favorite movie is Open Season... hehe. I think it's funny. My job in the Air Force is that of an Ophthalmology Technician. If you don't know what that is, well... that's why God created Google. I love my job, just not everyone I work with. I also have a part time job as an Optometry Tech at the Walmart Optometry Clinic. I'm working on my Bachelor's degree in History at the moment and my dream is to go to Optometry school after that. My doc is retiring in January of 09 and is opening his own practice. I'm thinking about going to work for him when I get out of the military... Joining the guard is also a possibility. But enough about work. Since I am living in the final frontier, I hope to try snowboarding (key word 'try') sometime in the future. Maybe next winter. Oh. And my amazing soon to be husband just started teaching me to longboard. I almost killed a baby the second time I rode one. Interesting story... Other things to do in Alaska... I really wanna see a glacier. I understand it's a floating piece of ice, but I've never seen one. By far, the coolest thing I've seen since getting here was the world's largest chocolate waterfall. Mmmmm chocolate... I'd really like to go see Santa too. lol! (he's really here...) But now I'm just rambling. So that's just a little about me. Ask if you wanna know anything else! I have nothing better to do.

My Interests

Reading, writing, shopping :P, spending time with my fiance and friends, work (amazingly), optometry, history, religions, going to the movies, planning my WEDDING!!!

19July08 - I'M GETTING MARRIED!!! To David Ryan Freswick II. Sounds rich, doesn't he? lol! Kidding! Geeze. Seriously tho. I know it sounds super cheesey, but I have finally found the one I'm supposed to be with. With him I have discovered that I can have him and a relationship with God, which really wasn't an option that I thought possible in the past.
